Using a soft, lint free cloth is an effective way to keep silver, yellow and rose gold looking shiny and lustrous. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.

You can purchase cleaning products from another shop or online.  

Gemstones are all on a different hardness scale. Depending on the gemstone, some can be more sensitive to scratches. If a minor scratch does occur, it can be polished out in most cases. Some gemstones may also disintegrate or cause a chemical reaction when touched by water. 

Since many gemstones are quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times unless using special products that are safe.

We advise cleaning your precious stones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing. Very porous stones such as turquoise and emeralds should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth only.

Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching.

Remove jewelry when showering, swimming, or bathing. This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water.

You may also want to avoid wearing when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening or exercise.

Never expose to household cleaning products, especially bleach and highly reactive solutions.

Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray on the gemstones or pearls as it jeopardizes the integrity of the material.

Any residue dulls the shine of your ring. When applying make-up, creams try to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting.

Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
